Refund Policy

Please quote the details such as Date of Donation, Amount of Donation, Mode of Donation i.e. Cash/ Credit/ Debit Card or Online payment in your refund request. You must reach out to Together We Will Foundation within 10 (Ten) days from the date of donation i.e.:

• The date on which online donation (Credit/Debit Card/UPI/Wallet/Net banking/etc.) was made,
• The date on which donation was made via cash/cheque/DD to Together We Will Foundation or to authorised personnel by Together We Will Foundation for donation collection, OR
• The date on which the cash/cheque/DD was despatched to Together We Will Foundation by other means.

The refund will be carried out in the original payment source and the refund process may take time 7 to 14 working days depending on the availability of the information from third parties such as Payment Gateway, Banks, etc. through which transaction was made.

Once the payment receipt is printed or handed over, or if the tax exemption certificate is generated, Together We Will Foundation will not be able to process the refund request.
