Power of Collaborative working – As a group of people, we will be able to serve society better than any of us working individually on such projects.
Easy to handle hurdles for Social service – Due to collaborative working style, we just need to maintain Trust and other hurdles in social service like Time, Money commitments will not come in the way of success of any project.
Better satisfaction – We will follow guideline NOT to provide any funds directly to beneficiaries and fulfilling requirements by directly providing what they need. This will give us more satisfaction that needy people are getting what they need and its not lost in corruption.
Ability to work on simultaneous projects – This group will slowly emerge into multiple volunteers working on various projects of their choice. For example – one group of people working for food distribution and other working for establishing/ supporting child home.
Diversified skills and expertise to accomplish projects – We all bring varied skills, expertise, and network with us. This will help to accomplish projects as a group which is not possible as individual.
